Something wrong, or someone behaving badly? Here is how to reach a human and how to fix the common things yourself.

We answer within one working day. Reports of abuse are handled within 24 hours.
Privacy and data requests go to the same address.
Tap the ⋯ menu on any post, or open the person's profile and tap Report. Pick a reason and send. Reports are anonymous — the person you report is never told who filed it, and our moderators cannot see it either. We review every report within 24 hours.
Open their profile and tap Block, or use the ⋯ menu on one of their posts. Blocking takes effect straight away: you stop seeing their posts, they stop seeing yours, and the two of you will not be matched. They are not told.
To review or undo a block, go to Settings → Account → Blocked accounts.
Leave. You can leave an activity at any time from the activity screen, and the Report button is on the same screen. If you are in danger, contact local emergency services first — in Thailand, dial 191.
Waarp verifies a phone number at sign-up to keep throwaway accounts out. Check the number is correct including the country code, and that you have signal. Codes can take a minute. Still stuck? Email us with the number you used.
Check spam. The code is 8 digits and comes from waarp.us. If nothing arrives within a few minutes, request a new one — and if that fails too, email us.
In the app: Settings → Delete account. This removes your profile, posts, messages, photos and history immediately, and cannot be undone. You do not need to ask us to do it for you.
Settings → Edit Profile.
That usually means nobody nearby is broadcasting right now, which is normal outside busy times. Check that location permission is granted under Settings → Permissions — without it Waarp cannot tell what is near you.
Check Settings → Permissions → Notifications in the app, and then Waarp's entry in your phone's own Settings app. Both have to be on.
Send us the details from Settings → Support → Send feedback inside the app — that reaches us with the context attached, which makes it much easier to fix. Waarp is in beta, so this genuinely helps.
Cafés, bars and venues can host activities from a business account. Verification is manual — sign up as a business in the app and we will review it. Questions: harry4729@gmail.com.
